Play dress up and change the game : l'éducation textile au Danemark

En mai dernier, Studio Abi a eu la chance de vivre une résidence à Designskolen Kolding dans le cadre du programme européen Culture Moves Europe. Pendant deux semaines, Anne-Charlotte Hartmann-Bragard et Laetitia Barbu - Illustrious Lab - ont exploré, au sein du Lab for Play and Design dirigé par Jesper Falck Legaard, professeur associé, de nouvelles approches de l’éducation textile fondées sur le jeu, l’expérimentation et l’interaction. À travers le thème “Soft Interfaces: Learning through play with textile and clothing”, cette mobilité interroge le textile comme support pédagogique, sensible et collectif. Les échanges, visites et expérimentations ont nourri une réflexion sur les pédagogies du faire, le design for play et les espaces accordés au jeu dans l’apprentissage. Cette expérience confirme l’importance de développer des pratiques éducatives créatives favorisant la transmission des savoir-faire, l’innovation pédagogique et de nouvelles relations aux textiles, aux objets et aux récits qu’ils portent. À suivre... L'aventure ne fait que commencer. In last May, Studio Abi had live a residency at Designskolen Kolding as part of the European mobility programme Culture Moves Europe. Over the course of two weeks, Anne-Charlotte Hartmann-Bragard and Laetitia Barbu - Illustrious Lab - explored new approaches to textile education based on play, experimentation, and interaction within the Lab for Play and Design, hosted by Jesper Falck Legaard, associate professor. Through the theme “Soft Interfaces: Learning through play with textile and clothing”, the residency investigated textiles as pedagogical, sensory, and collective learning interfaces. Visits, discussions, and experiments fostered broader reflections on creative education, design for play, and the role of play in learning environments. This experience highlights the importance of developing creative educational practices that support the transmission of knowledge and skills, pedagogical innovation, and new relationships to textiles, objects, and the stories they carry.
